Welcome to Farm Signs Australia! By purchasing our custom-made items, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

Overview

Farm Signs Australia specializes in custom-made products tailored to your specific requirements. Our design process begins immediately upon payment, ensuring a high level of detail and personalization. All artwork created by Farm Signs Australia remains the intellectual property of the business. We retain full copyrights to any designs produced for our customers and reserve the right to re-use or re-sell any custom artwork produced for any customer. This means that the designs cannot be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our explicit written consent. Farm Signs Australia also has full rights to use all sign designs and photos for advertising purposes – please contact us via email if this will cause any issues.

By placing an order with Farm Signs Australia, you agree that the design process will commence immediately after payment, and the terms outlined here will apply.

Standard Signs

By ordering a standard sign from Farm Signs Australia, you agree to the following terms:

Accuracy of Details: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details provided for the sign, including text, are correct. Farm Signs Australia is not liable for any errors resulting from incorrectly entered details.

Standard Design Process: Standard signs follow a predefined design template. Due to the nature of this process, there will be no client review or approval stage before production.

Custom Signs

By ordering a custom sign from Farm Signs Australia, you agree to the following terms:

Detail Submission:

  • Customers must provide as much detail as possible when placing an order to ensure the design reflects their ideas.

Design Review Process:

  • A draft design will be provided for one (1) review before manufacturing. This review allows for minor changes only.
  • Major design changes or additional changes beyond the first review will incur additional costs based on the complexity of the changes.

Final Approval:

  • After the initial review and any minor updates, the final design will be sent to the customer for final approval.
  • Any additional changes requested after final approval will incur extra costs, and no changes can be made once the manufacturing process begins.

Accuracy of Details:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review all details on the final design. Farm Signs Australia is not liable for any errors or omissions identified after manufacturing.

Shipping

Due to the custom-made nature and large size of our farm signs, shipping costs can vary significantly depending on your location within Australia. To ensure you receive the best possible shipping rate, shipping will not be charged at checkout. Once your sign is complete, we will source the most competitive shipping quote from our trusted shipping contractors. You will receive this quote via email along with an invoice for payment prior to dispatch. Typically, shipping costs range from $100 to $300, depending on your location.

Please note, depending on your delivery address, your sign will either be delivered directly to your property or to the nearest depot or post office for collection. While this is beyond our control, we will do our best to keep you informed about the shipping details.

We take every precaution to ensure your sign arrives in perfect condition. However, in the event that damage occurs during shipping, we ask customers to notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving their order, along with photographic evidence of the damage. We will investigate the claim immediately with the courier. Whilst the investigation is in progress with the courier, we will work closely with the customer to rectify the issues as soon as possible. All claims for shipping damage are subject to approval based on the condition of the item and the nature of the damage.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns once the design process has commenced. After payment is received, our team starts crafting your personalized item, and as such, cancellations or changes are not possible beyond this point. We encourage you to ensure that all design details and order specifications are correct before finalizing your purchase.

If any details are entered incorrectly during the checkout process, please contact Farm Signs Australia immediately. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, depending on the current stage of the manufacturing process. If the sign has already been cut with the incorrect details, Farm Signs Australia is not liable for any costs but will work with you to solve the issue.

If there are any issues with the quality or workmanship of your final product, we will work with you to resolve the matter. However, refunds will not be provided once the item has been made.
